Our events generally run once a month (sometimes twice)
These are listed on the website. 
You will be required to work all events. 

Usually you will work around 30-40 hours over a 3 day event (we setup the evening before the first day), so our job roles suit those wishing to get a lot of hours into a condensed period. 
As we are a small team we very much pick based on personality and who we feel will fit best within the team.

We’re looking for an extremely confident, chatty, quick thinking individual to join the team as an Event Assistant.

This role will focus on the following areas:.


    • Interacting with the children and parents and helping to enhance and shape their experience. 
    • Helping the clients view and choose images. 
    • Presenting the images to clients via their slideshow.
    • Explaining all our products to give clients a clear understanding of options. 
    • Processing payments. 
    • Greeting clients as they arrive at the hotel.
    • Working with our studio and viewing rooms to keep bookings on schedule.
    • Helping to setup and take down our set.  

The Person:

We believe this is an ideal job for a confident individual or student looking for part time weekend work.
You must be very socially comfortable, with a natural chatty personality.

This job offers a fun, relaxed working environment and the chance to travel around the country to our events.  


We are looking for someone who is:


    • Extremely confident both socially and in their own ability
    • Comfortable on computer
    • Very comfortable with children
    • Ambitious & Driven
    • Quick learning with an eye for detail
    • Preferably – Drivers License


Our events run over 3 days on weekends  (with either Fridays & Mondays). This year events are usually once a month (sometimes twice). These are over weekends in various locations around the UK. You will be required to work with the team at most events.

Upcoming events Southampton – Leeds – Nottingham – Newcastle – Reading – South Wales

Accommodation is provided by the company (the whole team usually stays together in a house or we provide hotel rooms). You may be required to share rooms – this will ALWAYS be same sex.

There will be opportunity to travel to events with the team. Events such as Newcastle, staff will be provided flights.

Next event is Southampton 18 – 20 March and you will be required to work. 



£10-£12 p/h
